Zhao Na1;Feng Ping1;Xu Qing1;Liu Shuhong2;Xue Xiaowei1;Wang Pengyan1;Wang Xuejiang1** Objective : To investigate the effect of Huqisan on liver blood flow of the DEN-induced hepatic precancerosis rats and the mechanism of the effects of Huqisan on hepatic precancerosis.Methods :The hepatic precancerosis animal models were established according to the Solt-Farber procedure.The hepatic portal diameter and hepatic vein diameter and blood velocity were detected by the High Resolution Imaging System;The activity of the energetic metabolism related enzyme such as G-6-Pase glucose-6-phosphatase and SDH succinatedehydrogenase and ATPase adenosine triphosphatase were detected by histochemical staining method.Results: The hepatic portal diameter and blood velocity increaced in the model group and decreaced in the treatment group;The hepatic vein diameter and blood velocity decreaced in the model group and increaced in the treatment group.The activity of G-6-Pase glucose-6-phosphatase and SDH succinatedehydrogenase and ATPase adenosine triphosphatase have changed both in the model and treatment groups.Conclusions: Huqisan can alleviate the state of liver congestion of the precancerosis rats and promote the liver glyconeogenesis and aerobic oxidation and improve the liver energy metabolism.
