Reliability Calculation and Analysis of Horizontal Members of Formwork Support
HU Chang-Ming;CHENG Jia-Jia Abstact:The failure modes of formwork support horizontal members were investigated and the state function of strength and deflection failure was established for rectangular timber and horizontal tube.The direct numerical integration method of reliability calculation was discussed.The reliability of horizontal members was calculated and analysed.At the target failure probability Pf=10-4;the shearing force design value of rectangular timber was 2 760 N.The design value of horizontal tube should be less than 4 475 N under concentrated loads and less than 5.484 08 N/mm under uniform loads.The results provide valuable references to design high-formwork support and are useful for reducing collapse accidents of formwork support during construction process.
